Krista Hargrave was born and raised in beautiful Carlsbad, California. She only briefly left California to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she competed in swimming at the Division 1 level. After graduating with a degree in Psychology, she spent her summers as a beach lifeguard in North San Diego county and her winters teaching skiing at Mammoth Mountain. She then transitioned into a career in Software Sales that helped develop her sales skills and discover her entrepreneurial spirit. 

Eventually Krista met her now husband Ryan Hargrave who is also in real estate as a lender. Shortly before the world changed in March 2020, they purchased their first home in Oceanside in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Buying a home at that time was scary- but ultimately the best decision they could have made. Purchasing a home for the first time combined with being around her husband’s mortgage business was what drove Krista to become a real estate agent. 

Krista has an extensive knowledge of San Diego, especially North County. Her genuine love for helping people has translated wonderfully into being an agent. She has a natural eye for design and loves helping her clients imagine what potential each home has. Her goal is to guide buyers and sellers seamlessly through the entire real estate process in an authentic way.
